On 18 March, Air France unveiled La Premi\u00e8re, a new ultra-high-end class consisting of four perfectly equipped individual cabins, including gastronomy, personalized services and collaborations with luxury houses.<\/p>\n

Integrated into the Boeing 777-300ER, Air France\u2019s new class is available on flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and the world\u2019s largest cities. Serving the United States (New York, Washington, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami), Brazil (S\u00e3o Paulo), Ivory Coast (Abidjan), United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Singapore and Japan (Tokyo). With this initiative, the airline intends to scale up and infuse the French art de vivre directly into the air.<\/p>\n

Two modular spaces in the cabin<\/h2>\n

Simply named La Premi\u00e8re, this Air France class consists of four individual cabins of 3.5 m2, which represents an increase of 25% compared to the current suites present at the front of the aircraft. The design is sober and the materials (leather, fabrics spirit tweed.), with woody shades, were chosen for their elegance.<\/p>\n

There is a controllable armchair and a meridian that turns into a bed of 2×0.75m2. A mattress topper, a pillow and a duvet signed by the manufacturer of bedding Dumas Paris are installed at bedtime. While five portholes provide a beautiful light and exceptional view to the cabin, the latter also benefits from closed curtains and a central partition to offer a night in complete privacy.<\/p>\n

In terms of storage, everything has been designed so as not to bother the passengers, with dedicated spaces directly in the seat and an individual dressing room. It is then possible to take two cabin baggage or one cabin bag and a small handbag.<\/p>\n

Renowned chefs and a fashion designer to sublimate the offer<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

In addition to this chic design and high-end equipment, passengers receive a box of Sisley cosmetics. Air France has also collaborated with the house Jacquemus has imagined pyjamas in navy blue cotton dressed in the company\u2019s winged seahorse. A sleek and elegant design that once again reinforces the desire to position these new cabins in the luxury transport segment.<\/p>\n

In terms of gastronomy, Air France has called on starred chefs to design the menus. Each one is responsible for a destination\u2019s menu. Dominique Creen, Claire Heitzler, Olivier Chaignon, Julien Royer and Emmanuel Renaut are in charge. Sweets signed Pierre Herm\u00e9 are also offered. Despite special conditions at altitude, the plates are perfectly set in porcelain dishes from Limoges signed Bernadaud, glasses and cutlery Christofle and a table service designed by designer Jean-Marie Massaud.<\/p>\n

The wine and champagne menu was created by Xavier Thuizat, while mixologist Matthias Giroud created three new cocktails based on French ingredients.<\/p>\n

An expensive price for an unforgettable experience<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Count 10,000 euros for a round trip from Paris to New York. But Air France assures you, the experience is worth the detour. If the cabin and the many services on board have been cleverly designed, the company justifies its rate by a pre-boarding moment already exceptional.<\/p>\n

Travellers are picked up directly from their home to the airport. Inside, they have access to private lounges, dishes by Alain Ducasse, rest and hygiene areas and even a spa. The ultimate? Be taken by Porsche to the plane when boarding. Passengers are also picked up on arrival.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La Premi\u00e8re cabins and experience will be available in spring 2025.<\/p>\n
