On August 26<\/strong>, Taylor Swift (282 million followers) and Travis Kelce (7.9 million followers)<\/strong> announced their engagement in a joint post<\/strong>. The humorous announcement, in this case \u201cYour English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married\u201d<\/strong> goes around the world. It would therefore have sufficed for a carousel of Instagram photos<\/strong> to ignite the canvas. In less than six hours<\/strong>, the post generates more than one million shares, and over 14 million likes from the first hour<\/strong>. A few days later, the publication surpassed 36 million likes<\/strong> in a few days, becoming one of the most loved posts on the platform.<\/p>\n

Taylor gained 1.2 million new followers on Instagram within 24 hours<\/strong> of the announcement, while Travis<\/strong> saw his follower count increase by 770,000<\/strong>. If the figures differ slightly according to the sources, the progression remains nevertheless fulgurant.<\/p>\n
