The latter acquired prestigious\u2014not to say legendary\u2014hotels such as the H\u00f4tel de Crillon and the Lut\u00e9tia in Paris, as well as La Mamounia in Marrakech, which had long been part of the family business&#8217;s assets.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In order to <b>respond to an era increasingly in search of experiences based on conviviality and quality interactions<\/b>, the House has just launched a <b>new culinary initiative<\/b>. This is a gourmet restaurant called <b>Polychrome<\/b>, located on Place <b>Saint-Nicaise<\/b> in the heart of the <b>House&#8217;s historic headquarters<\/b>, <b>a stone&#8217;s throw from the memorable Cray\u00e8res<\/b>, ancient Gallo-Roman galleries that have become the estate&#8217;s cellars.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Champagne as a legacy<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Admiring her father&#8217;s<\/b> commitment to defending the wine-growing heritage of a<b> family rooted in the vineyards since 1734<\/b>, Vitalie Taittinger chose to join Champagne Taittinger after completing her art studies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The heiress had to patiently prove herself<\/b> and climb the ladder one rung at a time, rising from muse to director of marketing and communications.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Since 2010<\/b>, she has been <b>president<\/b> of what is, with its 288 hectares, the <b>largest private champagne estate<\/b>. Overseeing the company&#8217;s development, Vitalie Taittinger works in tandem with <b>her brother, Clovis,<\/b> who holds the position of <b>CEO<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For LUXUS Magazine, this <b>female executive and mother<\/b> looks back on <b>her career, her love of a job well done, her concept of leadership, and the ambitions of the House.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>An extraordinary tasting experience<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Driven by a desire to <b>develop the experiential aspect<\/b> of the business, in line with the values that define the champagne house, Vitalie Taittinger worked with her teams to develop <b>a new kind of champagne tasting experience.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Launched in June 2025<\/b> at the historic Saint-Nicaise site, Polychrome is the result of a fruitful collaboration with <b>Michelin-starred chef Charles Coulombeau<\/b>.
