For the purchase of one of these five luxury apartments<\/strong>, a black Aston Martin DBX<\/strong> is offered to the five lucky ones. At 130 William Street, in a tower of 242 units on 66 floors, five\u00a0apartments<\/strong> occupy two entire floors, in what will become the Aston Martin<\/strong> wing of the building.<\/p>\n

On the 60th floor of the New York<\/strong> tower is an apartment<\/strong> worth $11.5 million that has yet to find a buyer. Work on this Aston Martin apartment<\/strong> began three years ago, and the apartment<\/strong> has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.<\/p>\n

The apartment<\/strong>, like the other four Aston Martin apartments<\/strong> in Manhattan<\/strong>, is furnished entirely with pieces from the Aston Martin Home collection<\/strong>. The walls in the hallways replicate the exact black color of the Aston Martin DBX’<\/strong>s upholstery.<\/p>\n

As for the parking space, it will not be provided in Manhattan<\/strong> as the majority of buyers prefer to travel by Uber. The Aston Martin DBX<\/strong> offered with the purchase of the apartment<\/strong> will therefore wait in a Connecticut<\/strong> train station.<\/p>\n

On the Miami<\/strong> waterfront, the Aston Martin residence<\/strong>, consisting of seven penthouses<\/strong>, has already been sold at 70%.<\/p>\n
