Slashers<\/strong>, a sub-genre of horror movies, were the theme of Moschino’s<\/strong> 2020 cruise show. Under the watchful eye of Jeremy Scott<\/strong>, the models paraded through the iconic residential neighborhood of Wisteria Lane<\/strong> (the neighborhood from the Desperate Housewives<\/strong> series) with a Halloween<\/strong> party vibe.<\/p>\n

The opening of the fashion show<\/strong> was a reference to Wes Craven<\/strong>‘s most famous slasher<\/strong> film, Scream<\/em> (1997). Model Suki Waterhouse<\/strong>, sporting a blonde bob, arrives screaming with fright, imitating Drew Barrymore<\/strong>‘s character in the first part of the saga.<\/strong> Other references to the great horror films<\/strong> are inserted into the parade, as the appearance of twins from the film Shining<\/em> (1980) by Stanley Kubrick<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
