Pastry chef <strong>Nicolas Guercio<\/strong> is presenting a chocolate replica of the fa\u00e7ade of the Lutetia, often referred to as the &#8220;<strong>liner of the Left Bank<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is made of a double shell of dark chocolate Manjari from Madagascar decorated with a homemade almond-hazelnut-vanilla-dulcey praline. The cocoa-flavoured walls have been topped with a delicious caramelised popcorn praline.
