F.P. Journe, the Swiss watch manufacturer founded in 1999 by Fran\u00e7ois-Paul Journe of Marseille, announces the Automatique, its latest model.<\/p>\n

The latest creation from the only three-time winner of the Aiguille d’Or<\/strong> prize of the Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix Foundation<\/strong> follows on from the Automatique S\u00e9rie Limit\u00e9<\/strong>e presented in 2021<\/strong> to mark the 20th anniversary of the Octa self-winding calibre<\/strong>. Its 99 pieces<\/strong> sold out quickly.<\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7ois-Paul Journe<\/strong> said of the caliber, “the Octa is an accomplished movement that no longer needs any improvement, due to its almost unreal performance.<\/em>”<\/p>\n
