Indeed, far from the noise and the crowd, in the basement of the building, within the beauty area, the brand Cinq Mondes has set up a luxurious and comfortable spa. I tried it out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was welcomed by Morgane in a very cozy lounge equipped with soft armchairs and chairs in colored velvet, wooden furniture and a boutique area where you can get the best treatments of the brand. The experience requires all the senses: after collecting my jewelry in a box provided for this purpose and crossing a bright blue corridor, in a Haussmanian style, Morgane invites me to move to the treatment rooms. These are equipped with the appropriate furniture, all in white and red (the brand’s color) with subdued lighting and a relaxing musical atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Today, I am testing the Ko Bi Do<\/strong> treatment, a treatment of Japanese origin, which stimulates circulation and promises to rejuvenate the skin. Right from the start, we take into account my skincare treatment habits<\/strong>, my state of stress and my level of fatigue in order to determine what to do next. I am invited to choose a color that evokes well-being, then I lie down on the massage table (heated please!) which allows me to raise my chest and\/or legs. After a breath accompanied by the practitioner, the treatment begins with a make-up removal, a water mist and an exfoliation.<\/p>\n

The face massage is invigorating<\/strong>, I am asked if I am satisfied with the pressure. I leave my skin in the expert hands of the practitioner who alternates movements with rhythm. She then applies a mask that corresponds to the needs we discussed at the beginning of the treatment. During this time, I have the choice between a neck, foot or hand massage.<\/p>\n

The treatment is coming to an end, but the practitioner ends it very gently, accompanying the breathing and the body, very relaxed after this moment of relaxation. The music, the smells and the soft lighted decor accompanied me during this interlude out of time.<\/strong> I feel my skin much more plump and soothed, I feel particularly well after this treatment. Even the subway couldn’t dampen my good mood and the positive effect I felt.<\/p>\n
