This year, for New Year’s Eve, the Roch Hotel & Spa is concocting an experience that combines the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. The Roch Hotel & Spa’s New Year’s Eve 2022 offer includes a performance at the Opéra Garnier, right next to the hotel.

 

The evening begins with a performance of the Ashton /Eyal / Nijinsky ballet at 7:30 pm at the Paris Opera. Then the evening continues with a menu created by Chef Rémy Bérerd, including scallops, Bresse poultry and kumquat confit soufflé with mandarin sorbet.

Hotel Castille, the Parisian address that honors Italian gastronomy with Assaggio, offers a four-handed menu imagined by the restaurant’s chef, Vasyl, in collaboration with starred chef Ugo Alciati. On the program, a tasting of noble products sublimated by the know-how and the audacity of the two chefs, while enjoying a classical musical animation throughout the evening.

 

The menu will include Gillardeau oysters, granny smith apple, braised shallot with champagne and wakame seaweed, pumpkin ravioli, lobster and “Lardo di Colonnata”, Fior di Latte ice cream, white truffle from Alba (370€ for the menu, add 100€ for the wine and food pairing).

Chef Jean-François Piège welcomes you to his new restaurant Mimosa, in the Hotel de la Marine. Mimosa is heading for the French Riviera and its legendary sweetness of life, through a 5-course menu. Marinated scallops, lobster and a Norwegian omelette cooked in a wood-fired oven will delight the taste buds of guests (€345 per menu, excluding drinks).

Beginning a new chapter in its history under the leadership of chef Jean Imbert, the Relais Plaza welcomes you for New Year’s Eve with musical entertainment. On the menu: langoustine and caviar, lobster, apples and pears, mulled wine with sweet spices, spoon-fed vacherin and other delicacies (€360 for a six-course menu, €490 for a six-course menu with wine pairings).

At the Musée d’Art Moderne in Paris, Chef Julien Sebbag, recently named a young talent for 2022 by Gault & Millau, invites gourmands to December 31, 2021 with a tempting menu, interspersed with musical celebrations. The menu will include Ikéjimé sea bass sashimi, salmon flambéed with a flashlight, apple brunoise, fennel, kohlrabi, snacked wagyu steak, chimichurri, parsnip puree and a farandole of desserts (180€ per person).
