At the heart of this pink and red flower is a soft vanilla center, a crunchy almond layer, a white peach and lychee compote, rose petal confit, and a rose water cream. Five percent of the profits from this dessert will be donated to the French Red Cross, of which Adriana Karembeu has been an ambassador for over 25 years.
