For several weeks now, top-of-the-range Parisian hotels have been adorning their lobbies with sumptuous Christmas trees, carefully decorated by top designers. Here is a selection of some of the most beautiful Christmas trees.
SO/ Paris

The end-of-year celebrations are set to be festive at the SO/ Paris. The five-star hotel in the 4th arrondissement is unveiling a disco décor called Merry Mirrored Moments. Designed by Maud Vantours and created in collaboration with florist Studio Maison Ciero, the installation is adorned with thousands of mirrors, suspended baubles worthy of the finest dancefloors, glittering Christmas trees and an enormous gingerbread man. It’s a Christmas like the 70s.
The Burgundy Paris
While the Burgundy Paris revealed one of its most beautiful yule logs for the festive season, a bouquet of frosted ranunculus, the five-star hotel in the 1st arrondissement called on Maison Ciero, specialists in floral arrangements. The result is an almost immaculate work of plant life, made up of hand-painted pine cones, dried hydrangeas and various flowers and branches. The creation seems to come straight out of an enchanted snowy village.
L’Intercontinental Paris Le Grand

The Intercontinental Paris Le Grand, in the 9th arrondissement, reveals a magnificent, perfectly conical fir tree in its winter garden, under a large glass roof. Sublime gold and silver baubles and a multitude of red bows stand out against the green background of its branches.
Shangri-La Paris

The Shangri-La Paris is spreading the magic of Christmas with a huge Christmas tree in its lobby, located not far from its Bauhinia restaurant. In addition to the refined red and beige baubles, the magical tree is adorned with small hot-air balloons. It’s an enchanting journey to the festive season from the capital’s 16th arrondissement.
Ritz Paris

Next to the majestic staircase, the sturdy Christmas tree at the Ritz Paris, on Place Vendôme in the 1st arrondissement, is all about tradition. Stars, elegant baubles, string lights, blue eyes… The decoration is an ode to the Christmas legend, in the legendary red, gold and white colours of the festive season.
