5 new suitcases perfect for travelling

With holidays just around the corner, updating your suitcase is never a bad idea if you want to travel in comfort and peace of mind. Here’s a closer look at five original, top-quality pieces that you should snap up straight away.

While Spain, Italy and Greece remain this summer’s top destinations, climate change is also a factor in holiday planning. 76% of Europeans are planning to adapt their behaviour to the heatwaves currently sweeping the globe.

1/3 (33.6%) are avoiding destinations with extreme temperatures, preferring Scandinavia and the UK to the south of France and Mayorque, according to the latest survey by the European Travel Commission. 16% prefer to opt for more temperate destinations, while 8.5% choose to change their holiday period. The shoulder season, or the possibility of shifting holidays between March and early May and between September and October, is becoming increasingly popular, as tour operators note.

In any case, 54% of those surveyed plan to travel to their holiday destination by plane, a mode of transport that is growing in popularity (up 5% on last year). And what better way to transport your personal belongings with all the comfort you need than to invest in a beautiful suitcase. Luxus Magazine brings you its selection of new products to bring you closer to blue skies and palm trees.
