What to do to pass the time during the 24 days leading up to Christmas? Once again this year, luxury brands are innovating to offer ever more sumptuous and generous Advent calendars. Creams, perfumes, macarons, chocolates, caviar, teas, sex toys, tableware, candles… The 2025 vintage has something for everyone. The hardest part will undoubtedly be choosing.
Lancôme
For its 90th birthday, the Parisian luxury perfume house owned by the L’Oréal group is inviting its customers and friends to climb aboard its Lancôme Express train, bound for happiness. Across 24 compartments, skincare products, perfumes, and makeup await you. Five of these products are even in retail size. Also noteworthy is the inclusion of La Vie est Belle l’Elixir eau de parfum in a 30 ml bottle.

Christian Louboutin
For 2025, the luxury shoe designer with the red soles is getting in on the Advent calendar trend. The “Holiday” edition, shaped like a red Pigalle hat box, contains makeup products, perfumes, and charm accessories.

Christian Dior Parfums
For its Advent calendar, the Parfums division of Christian Dior has chosen to feature the iconic façade of the boutique at 30 Montaigne. Twenty-four surprise gifts consisting of perfumes, skincare products, beauty products, and a scented candle are presented in a setting designed by Pietro Ruffo under the lucky star of the founder of the famous fashion house. Inside, a fresco of characters evokes the colorful and festive world of the circus so dear to Christian Dior and the common thread of the current end-of-year campaign, Circus of Dreams. It should be noted that the jewel of the LVMH group has opted for a sustainable box: the calendar can be reused as a storage box once the festive season is over.

Diptyque
The scented candle specialist and new member of the Comité Colbert is offering an Advent calendar this year based on the theme of a bookshop in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. This box is the combined work of writer Victor Pouchet, illustrator Vincent Puente, and artist Inès Mélia. The home fragrances featured throughout the adventures of Archibald, the bookseller’s cat, evoke a Parisian spirit somewhere between Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face and Emily in Paris.

Dammann Frères
When the first frosts arrive, there’s nothing like a good cup of tea to warm you up. One of the leading specialists in this field invites you to brighten up your future afternoon teas when the sun is not shining (between 3 and 5 p.m., according to the British) with an advent calendar inspired by winter in the mountains. There are 24 teas and herbal teas to try, including both iconic flavors and new creations such as the delicious and fruity Lapland Christmas green tea.

Villeroy & Boch
While we wait for the holidays, the tableware specialist also has its own Advent calendar. The 24 surprises can be used to create a pair of placemats in the colors of its Toys Delight collection. Ten of the pieces are exclusive and cannot be found in stores.

Parfums de Marly
When it’s over, there’s more! Why should it only be for the Advent period, the 24 days leading up to Christmas? Based on this principle, some brands have opted for an “After” calendar, covering the last days of December after Christmas. This is the approach taken by the highly baroque Parfums de Marly, which has created a box containing 12 surprise gifts distributed across seven drawers. What better way to end December and the year in style?

Passage du Désir
The sex shop platform once again offers something to spice up your relationship. With its Naughty & Nice Midnight Mystique Premium calendar, there are 8 sex toys, 5 soft bondage accessories, 6 intimate cosmetics, and 5 games and accessories to discover and explore new sensations, with a real value of €600.

La Maison du Caviar
The caviar specialist has chosen to team up with chocolatier Pierre Marcolini for an Advent calendar. Behind the 24 doors are 20 chocolate creations and four golden tokens inviting you to savor the essentials from La Maison du Caviar. These include a 30g box of Caviar Baeri Prestige accompanied by a mother-of-pearl spoon.
Penhaligon’s
Penhaligon’s has taken up sewing and launched an entirely knitted Advent calendar. It contains some of the flagship products of the British perfumer from the Puig group: alongside body care products and scented candles, there are also body and hand lotions. Everything you need to relax in the bath.

Ladurée
Entitled “Le Jardin Magique” (The Magic Garden), this year’s Advent calendar from the famous macaron maker takes the form of a pyramid-shaped tiered cake. This monumental structure is adorned in beautiful white and gold. Inside the 24 boxes are sweet treats, including chocolate pearls and the iconic Eugénie (the famous macarons with notes of vanilla, hazelnut, pistachio, or caramel). Note that a festive box of eight macarons called “Le Jardin Magique” is also available.

Bonus: Valmont
For once, Valmont is not offering a new Advent calendar. The brand that amazed us with its box set inspired by Ulysses’ Odyssey. But the Swiss beauty brand hasn’t shunned the festive season altogether and is even offering elegant Celadon Odyssey packaging in a range of gift boxes, including some very nostalgic Christmas crackers. Inside this limited-edition nostalgic packaging, you’ll find four radiance boosters.
