Enjoy gourmet bliss in the historic setting of the Hilton Paris Opéra

The Grand Salon restaurant : the pride of the Hilton Paris Opéra hotel. Ideally located in the heart of Paris between the Opéra Garnier and the Grands Magasins, embark on this enchanting journey to savour the delicious dishes of chef Eric Lenormand.

Built in 1889 for the Universal Exhibition, it was once called Le Grand Hôtel Terminus as it was the first hotel near a railway station. Indeed, at the time of its inauguration, the hotel was directly connected to the Saint-Lazare station by an elevated footbridge. In 2013, it became the property of the Hilton hotel group and a few years later in 2015, it was renamed Hilton Paris Opéra.

Over the past 133 years, the hotel and restaurant have become a historical jewel case in the heart of the Parisian capital, even being listed as a historical monument. Admire also the paintings and sculptures signed by the artist Charles Joseph Lameire.

From 12pm to 10pm, to awaken and delight your taste buds, Chef Eric Lenormand offers a fairly traditional menu but does not forget the slight touch of madness with an exotic accent, by selecting fresh and seasonal products. Let yourself be carried away by the Caesar salad with prawns, its “Verde” risotto with preserved lemon, parmesan and fresh herbs, the spicy glazed chicken and its pommes grenaille. For a sweet touch, you can be tempted by the vanilla bourbon crème brûlée, gourmet coffee/tea or many other delicacies.
