The Ritz‘s reputation is well established, especially when it comes to New Year’s Eve. This year, chef Jérôme Legras will concoct a seven-course menu in the Ritz brasserie, Bar Vendôme. For 850 euros per person, treat yourself to a pavé of wild sea bass, shredded beef cheek stuffed with foie gras or crème caramel, among others. All in the refined atmosphere of the Ritz.
The Place Vendôme hotel offers a second, admittedly more expensive option, at a price of 2,025 euros per person (not a random price !). The restaurant l’Espadon and its chef Eugénie Béziat will combine travel with culinary elegance, thanks to a menu full of surprises: Beluga caviar, lobster and duck pithiviers are sure to delight your taste buds !

Expect to pay 1,750 euros per person to experience the magic of this Michelin-starred restaurant.
Restaurant le George, meanwhile, is offering a menu at 900 euros per person: the plate features Le Cinq‘s Wagyu beef fillet, but the starter will feature a blue lobster and truffled scallop gratin, and the dessert an almond nougat torrone with panettone.
