Visit the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, a magical place near Santa’s village

As Santa Claus is about to arrive, discover the breathtaking scenery near his village at the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel in Rovaniemi, Finland.

In November 2016, in the middle of the Arctic Circle, the Arctic Treehouse Hotel was born. It is a hotel on stilts, which has established itself as the best observatory of the Lapland nature. It includes 32 suites and 5 cottages, entirely decorated by Studio Puisto in a Scandinavian spirit.

The interior design of the suites is directly inspired by the morning in the forest. Soft and warm natural materials combined with light colors reinforce the desired atmosphere of a cozy nest or curl up after a walk in the snow.

The hotel offers a unique blend of luxurious comfort in the heart of the Arctic nature, local Lappish traditions and modern Scandinavian design. The hotel reveals the contrast between the cozy atmosphere of the rooms and suites and the panoramic views from the windows. You can see the impressive spectacle of the forest and the Arctic skies. You can even watch the northern lights and the midnight sun directly from your bed.

The five Arctic GlassHouses have two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Each chalet has its own fireplace, kitchenette and private sauna. The luxurious ArcticScene Executive Suites each have a separate living room and bedroom, as well as a wellness area for a spa-like atmosphere.

All buildings are constructed of Finnish wood, a renewable material that has been sustainably produced. The green roof helps to manage runoff and bring vegetation back to the site.

The Rakas Restaurant & Bar, located in the hotel’s main building, has a unique atmosphere and a menu of local ingredients prepared with a modern twist. Sitting by the fireplace, you can enjoy the local flavors cooked by Chef Jonathan Guppy.
