This residence was designed and built entirely by the renowned architect Paul McClean for film producer and land developer Nile Niami. Paul McClean trained as an architect in Ireland and subsequently founded McClean Design in the 2000s. Today it is one of the leading design firms in the city of Los Angeles. His goal in each of his projects is to combine modernity with the beauty of the natural environment. The famous singer Beyoncé has already called on the services of Paul McClean.

For “The One” project, Paul McClean imposed no limits on himself and allowed himself anything: the possibilities were to be endless !

The private residence, located in the upscale and desirable Bel Air area of Los Angeles, measures two hectares, with a living area of 9,700 square metres. This makes The One the largest property in Los Angeles.

With The One, there is no limit to what you can do, as it has 21 rooms, including a 510 square meter suite, and 42 bathrooms. Each of the rooms is large and majestic, with ceilings up to five metres high. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with the latest technology. What better way to make us dream !

This residence is equipped with numerous services comparable to a hotel complex: tennis court, sports and fitness room, five swimming pools, bowling alley, private cinema, billiard room, wine cellar with a capacity of 10,000 bottles… the extras go on and on, including the presence of a car track and a garage that can accommodate about fifty vehicles.
