From intoxicating oud to the fruity notes of cherry and the zest of citrus, perfumery is reinventing itself with creations expressed in a variety of styles. A closer look at ten fragrances that won’t leave you indifferent.
Armani Privé – Oud Nacré

Armani Privé Oud Nacré enhances oud in a refined and luminous interpretation. Created by Alberto Morillas, this fragrance blends the spicy warmth of saffron with the floral softness of jasmine, wrapped in deep woody notes of patchouli and oud. Ambrox adds a modern and sensual touch, creating an elegant and long-lasting trail. Inspired by mother-of-pearl, the immaculate bottle extends the fragrance’s elegance.
INITIO Parfums Privés – Lift Me Up

Lift Me Up by INITIO Parfums Privés is a sunny and sensory fragrance built around a bouquet of radiant white flowers, warmed by a skin-hugging musky note and a magnetic vanilla. Designed as a feel-good perfume, it claims an energizing, “good vibes” effect, with a soft signature that evokes an endless summer.
Coach – Cherry

Coach Cherry is a modern fruity floral fragrance that opens with a luscious black cherry, energized by the tangy freshness of Italian mandarin and a hint of pink pepper. The heart reveals a bouquet of jasmine sambac, magnolia, and rose, enhanced by an aromatic touch of davana. In the base, patchouli, tonka bean, and Ambrofix bring warmth and longevity. Created by Natalie Cetto and Nadège Le Garlantezec (Givaudan), the trail is indulgent, luminous, and long-lasting.
Lacoste – L.12.12 Bleu Eau de Parfum

With L.12.12 Bleu Eau de Parfum by Yann Vasnier (Givaudan), Lacoste offers a contemporary and masculine interpretation of a woody fougère. The opening, fresh and sharp, combines iced yuzu and ginger. The aromatic heart, built around lavandin and geranium, adds structure and dynamism. The denser base blends cedar and vetiver for a bold and lasting woody signature. The fragrance will be available from May 4.
Rochas – Audace

Rochas Audace Le Parfum, created by Louise Turner and Quentin Bisch (Givaudan), develops a more intense and concentrated fruity floral amber signature. The composition juxtaposes vibrant fruity notes – raspberry and mandarin – enhanced by a spicy touch and a coffee accord, with an opulent floral heart dominated by tuberose, surrounded by rose, iris, and orange blossom. The whole rests on a warm base combining cocoa, tonka bean, musks, and cashmere wood.
Parfums de Marly – Athénaïs

Athénaïs by Parfums de Marly, created by Julien Sprecher, stands out as a floral oriental built on contrasts. The luminous freshness of neroli, carried by citrus accents, meets a floral heart dominated by orange blossom and jasmine sambac, enhanced with mahonial. In the base, tonka bean, vanilla, and amber add depth and longevity.
Blone – 396

The house of Blone is preparing to launch 396, a fragrance whose opening combines grapefruit and lemon with vibrant spices (pepper, coriander). The composition evolves toward tonka bean and incense, before settling into a woody duo of vetiver and sandalwood. A strong, positive, and reassuring structure.
Balmain Beauty – Destin

The brand’s first fragrance, Destin by Balmain Beauty, initially highlights a highly expressive, almost juicy strawberry note. A floral note then takes over with a clear, slightly rosy peony that structures the composition without weighing it down. In the background, sandalwood adds cohesion, a creamier texture, and gradual longevity. The bottle takes the form of a cube engraved with graphic gold bands, featuring the PB monogram on each side.
Zegna – Memorie

With Memorie, Zegna is not launching a single fragrance but a collection built as a personal narrative in six scents. Each creation corresponds to a memory, a place, or a sensation linked to the founder’s story, ranging from alpine landscapes to textile materials and life moments. The olfactory writing varies across compositions: woody, resinous, aromatic, or gourmand accords. It moves from damp, earthy, and spicy forest atmospheres to fresher, airier signatures, or warm, smoky woods evoking intimate scenes.
Elizabeth Arden – Eternal Aura

The opening facets of Eternal Aura by Elizabeth Arden are fruity and slightly spicy: dragon fruit, golden pear, and pink pepper create a lively impression. This energy is softened by a floral heart centered on magnolia and peony, with creamy and airy accents. The signature is built on an exclusive co-distillate of rose and ambrette. The fragrance was launched with actress Leighton Meester and co-created by Natasha Côté-Mouzannar and Anne Flipo.
