Luxus Plus Mag x Fine Arts Paris & la Biennale: an Instagram contest to admire art at the carrousel du Louvre

Fine Arts Paris & la Biennale is the new fair resulting from an alliance between the two entities. From November 9 to 13, the Carrousel du Louvre will host this international event, which highlights the arts from antiquity to the present day.

Your Luxus Plus Mag magazine, in collaboration with the Biennale, is offering an Instagram contest to try to win ten tickets to the first edition of this fair, which puts antique dealers and jewelers in the spotlight.

Created 5 years ago, Fine Arts Paris is a specialized fair for collectors. The Biennale, which has been the essential meeting place for antique dealers for sixty years, attracts the most prestigious dealers, international galleries and fine jewelry houses. This complementary association aims to promote Paris as a stronghold of the world art market thanks to the works presented by its exhibitors and to a rich program of events.

The ampersand has been chosen as the visual identity symbolizing the alliance of these two essential events in the international art calendar.

This first edition will bring together 86 exhibitors at the Carrousel du Louvre, before moving to the ephemeral Grand Palais in 2023 and the Grand Palais in November 2024.

Louis de Bayer, the President of this fair, confides: “Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale is the only generalist fair dedicated to fine arts in Paris. From the Carrousel du Louvre to the ephemeral Grand Palais and then to the Grand Palais, we have set ourselves the goal over the next three editions of the fair to grow this fair, to develop it internationally, and to restore Paris to a major place in the art market.

This partnership also makes it possible to combine ancient and modern. The art galleries that contribute to the prestige of the two Salons are joined by internationally renowned dealers, particularly in the field of non-Western art and bibliophily.

The specialization of Fine Arts Paris in ancient art, will be enriched by the relations of the Biennale with the presence of six jewelers and an opening to contemporary art.

The show offers a very attractive program for this very first edition. A gala dinner will be organized by the Syndicat National des Antiquaires and by a committee of honor gathering personalities ambassadors of the fair. A scientific symposium on the theme Questions de style will be organized at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, in collaboration with the CFHA (French Committee of Art History) as well as a Week of the Arts, that is to say a tour outside the walls in synergy with the museums on the theme Period Rooms.

And as if that wasn’t enough, Jacques Garcia, famous interior designer and architect, will revisit the décor of the entrance to dazzle visitors upon their arrival.
